Ineligible Applicants: Individuals, sole traders, profit-distributing organisations, most companies limited by shares, unincorporated groups, public sector bodies, and education institutions
Key Organisational Requirements: Must have income under £5 million; at least 3 years’ experience delivering homelessness-related services; must provide a local authority endorsement letter
Objectives: To prevent homelessness, improve community services, enhance day services, and support long-term recovery and independence
